I Applaud You All

The President of the USA says on youtube that life get's better to lgtb youth
My neighbor decided to not accept the domestic abuse of her husband
Young people quit their jobs because they aren't challenging them and don't support their potential
I see students quiting their studies because it kills their brains and hearts
I watch all of this and I applaud.

 I see people who don't listen to the lack in society, and create their own path,
even when it's totally against what everyone around them is shouting to them.
I see people who dare to dive into the deep, not knowing where it will bring them,
at the same time do know where it will bring them:
in full expansion and abundance.

 There are babies born
Beautiful movies made
People who dare to step forward and speak up
speak a different sound than what their friends or family want to hear.
I see people who dare to walk away from terrorisation
I see myself making a stop sign with my hand to abusive parents
hanging up annoying phone calls.
 

There are new writers acknowledging themselves
Empowering businesses created
There are people choosing for love every day
for beauty and expression
I see amazing talented people erasing the box that kept them locked
in "I can't s" and "not good enoughs"

 There are courageous people embracing the sunshine in every breath
I see people creating 'You are not alone' signs
Lighthouses everywhere
Ladybirds
People who dare to be silent in an ocean of opinions
who lay down their weapons
and decide to hug an enemy

kiss a friend.
